How to Publish My Host Profile

On SpaceSync, we have all the tools necessary to help you get started with your event! First, let’s get you to create a Host Profile.

Here are the simple steps you need to follow before publishing your event:

1. Sign up on SpaceSync
2. Select the “Event Organiser” role type
3. Enter your Business info
4. Complete and publish your “Host” profile
   • Banner Picture and Logo
   • Social Media and website
   • Description
   • Connect Stripe to Receive Payments (see “How To Connecting Stripe to My Account” in the Help Section)

💡 Heads up!
Our team will do a quick review to make sure everything looks good and all the info is correct.

While it’s under review, you have two options:

• You can toggle Auto-Publish so your event goes live as soon as it's approved by our team, or

• You can choose to manually publish it after approval.

In the meantime, you can start creating event pages, but you won't be able to publish them until your host profile has been published. Once your host profile has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
