Create My Account As a Retailer

Before applying to any event on SpaceSync, here’s a quick guide to help you set up your account (approximately 10 minutes):

  1. Start by creating an account on the platform.

  2. Enter your e-mail address and password. You can also register directly with your Google or Microsoft account.

  3. Enter Your Business Details to complete your profile**:**

    • ABN (Australian Business Number)

    If not applicable, select “I don’t have an ABN”.

    • Business Name

    💡 Please note that this will be the title of your profile page. You can edit it later (see “Edit Information On My Profile Page” in the Help Section).

    • Contact Information
      • Phone Number: Your primary business number so organisers and customers can reach you.
    • Business Address (Your operating location)
    • Is your business a Trust? See here for more about Business Structure.
  4. Select “Continue”

You are now on your Retailer Profile Page! 🎉 Add a few more information before applying to the event:

💡 Our Tips
Follow the purple Profile Completion Bar at the top of your page to complete the process. Click on the “Edit” button of each section to add information.

💡 For more information about the logo and picture, please visit “Don’t Have a Logo or Pictures For Your Profile?” in the Help Section.

Your profile is completed when the purple Profile Completion Bar at the top of your page disappears.

Well done! 🎉 You can now head to the “events” tab and start applying! (see “How to apply for events?” in the Help Section).
