Create An Event On SpaceSync

Ready to create your first event on SpaceSync? Let’s get you started!
💡 Important Before Starting!
Make sure you have created your host profile before creating your first event. If you are not sure, please head to “How to Publish My Host Profile” in the Help Section.
Here are the simple steps you need to follow after creating your host profile to create your first event:
- Go to “My Events” tab and create your first event (you can also do it from your “host profile” page)
- Enter all the information about your event:
- Event Name
- Date & Location
- Description
- Picture
- Pricing, etc.
- When you’re ready, click “Continue”
- You are now on the event page. Follow the progress bar on top of the page and complete all the sections:

Required Retailer Information (select the mandatory information to be provided by the retailer)
💡 Our Tips
When selecting the Required Retailer Information, bear in mind that the retailer will need to provide this information in order to register for your event.For example, if you ask for a Public Liability Insurance document, retailers will need to purchase the insurance and attach it to their profile in order to register.
Some retailers prefer to wait until you accept them before providing the document.

Event Setup and Pack-down (see “Choose The Right Bump-In and Bump-Out Times” in the Help Section)

Equipment provided and to be brought by the retailers
- Once done, click Publish Event!
⚠️ Note that your event will not be published until your host profile has been published.
💡 Heads up!
Our team will do a quick review to make sure everything looks good and all the info is correct.While it’s under review, you have two options:
You can toggle Auto-Publish so your event goes live as soon as it's approved by our team, or
You can choose to manually publish it after approval.
Once your event is approved, you’ll get an email confirmation. After that, you can dive into managing applications right from your event page by clicking on “Applications”!
