Track Payments From Your Application Dashboard

SpaceSync makes it easy to track each transaction for your Event.

When you access the Application Management page for your event, you’ll see the retailer’s payment status in the "Paid" column.

  1. YES**:** The retailer has been approved for the event and processed the payment. It indicates the retailer has successfully paid the market fee, and you can download the receipt for your records.
  2. NO**:** The applicant was approved and a payment link has been sent via email, but the retailer hasn’t processed the payment yet.

💡 Heads up!
If nothing appears in the Paid column, it means that the retailer application has been rejected or is still pending.
