Public Liability Insurance (PLI) is a document that protects retailers against claims for injury or property damage caused by their business activities at events. It acts as a safeguard, ensuring you’re covered in case of unexpected incidents during an event.

What If I Don’t Have an Insurance Policy?

Insurance requirements vary between events on SpaceSync. In most cases, you’ll need to provide a valid PLI, which can be uploaded to your profile in the “Documents” section.

Check the event’s Terms & Conditions to confirm if a PLI is required.

Wait until your participation in the event is confirmed before purchasing a PLI, and make sure it offers the right coverage for that event.
