Paying for Your Event Stall

Your application has been accepted, and you now want to secure your stall. Here’s how to complete your payment:
Case 1: You have received a confirmation email with a payment link.
Follow the payment link provided in the email to make your payment. Payments should be completed within seven days from the email date to secure your spot at the event.
Case 2: You haven’t received the confirmation email.
Please make sure that the e-mail has not fallen into your spam folder. Otherwise, please contact us directly.
Case 3: The payment link doesn’t work.
You have received a confirmation email for your application, but the payment link doesn’t work. Please contact us directly.
💡 Please note that Stripe processes all payments securely to keep your payment details confidential.
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email with a receipt. Keep this receipt for your records as proof of payment.
⚠️ Troubleshooting Payment Issues
If there is a problem with payment processing, you will be notified by e-mail. The notification will specify the problem and the event's name, enabling you to rectify it quickly.
