I Have Not Received My Payment

You can check the payment status directly on your application dashboard under "Paid":
- If the status shows YES, but you haven’t received the payment, please get in touch with us at [email protected].
- If the status shows NO, the retailer has not processed the payment yet.
💡 Our tips
We recommend that organisers allow at least one week for payments to be processed before contacting retailers.
For any other payment-related issues, please reach out to us, and we will prioritise your request.
