Event Cancellations and Updates

If an event listed on SpaceSync is cancelled or rescheduled, you’ll be notified via email to keep you informed.
Each event operates under its own Terms and Conditions, available on the event page. Please refer to these for specific details about cancellations and refunds.
Notification Process
When an event you’ve shown interest in is updated, SpaceSync will send an email outlining the new details, including:
- New Date: [Updated Date]
- New Time: [Updated Time]
- New Location: [Updated Location]
Refunds and Contacting the Event Host
At this time, SpaceSync does not process refunds for event changes. If you have questions about the updated event or need a refund, please contact the event organiser directly. You’ll find their contact information on the event page under their host profile.
If the changes work for you, no action is needed, and your participation will remain confirmed.
