Choose The Right Bump-In and Bump-Out Times

Set up and pack down times ensure your event runs smoothly and retailers have enough time to get their stalls ready for the event.

Here’s how to set up adequate Bump-In and Bump-Out times:

1. Bump-In Time: Set a sufficient time before your event starts for retailers to arrive and set up their stalls.
2. Bump-Out Time: Allocate enough time after the event ends for retailers to pack down and exit safely.

Example: if your event commences at 2 pm and you would like to start bumping in an hour before, enter 60 minutes.

💡 Our Tips:
When entering Bump-In and Bump-Out times, make sure they are in minutes and allow an appropriate amount of time to avoid delays. We usually recommend 2h prior and after the event.
