About Event
Stallholder Opportunities at the Village Green Summer Twilight Festival!
Join us at the upcoming Summer Twilight Festival, happening on Saturday 14 December 2024, from 4 pm to 8 pm at Village Green, Karawara. This vibrant community event, held on the centre’s newly developed High Street, promises an unforgettable evening filled with live music, free fun for the kids, giveaways, street performers, fun workshops, and, of course, lots of delicious food. To top it off, there’ll also be a special appearance by Santa himself!
We are looking for stallholders to be part of this exciting festival, offering a perfect platform to showcase your products, crafts, or services to a lively crowd. With a festive atmosphere and a great mix of activities, this is a fantastic opportunity to engage with local families and festival-goers.

PS: Applicants must have a registered business and an ABN to apply.
Event Setup & Packdown
- Drive in from Kent Street (Grill'd Restaurant)
- Drop off your equipment and drive out on Walanna Drive (retailer parking is located on top of the multiplex parking)
- Park your vehicle on the Multi-Storey Parking
- Same for bump out at the event closing time
