How to apply for events on SpaceSync?

This blog post will guide you through the steps to apply for markets, events, and pop-up spaces using SpaceSync. Follow these simple instructions, and you'll be ready to showcase your products at exciting events in no time!

Step 1: Sign up on SpaceSync
👉 Enter your email address and a password to create your account.
You may receive an email to confirm your email address.
Step 2: Select your role
- RETAILER: If you own or operate a business selling goods or services, we refer to you as a retailer.
- MARKET ORGANISER: If you manage or produce a retail event with a specific date and time where people can sell their products or perform their art (markets, fashion show, etc.), we refer to you as a Market Organiser.
- SHOPPING CENTRE MANAGER: If you own, manage, lease, or otherwise have access to a physical location where people can sell products or host a popup (i.e. storefront, shopping centre, etc.), we refer to you as a Space Manager.

Step 3: Enter your Business information
- This information is required to apply to some events or spaces.
- Your Business Name will be displayed as your profile title and can be edited.
If you do not have an ABN, select “I don’t have an ABN” below.
Step 4: Complete your profile
To display the editable sections, select “Edit Profile”.
Before applying to any events, make sure all the information is entered. You can check what is missing by clicking on “Share Profile”.
Make sure to upload at least 2 x photos and your logo.

Step 5: Browse Events
Once your profile is set up, head to the "Events" tab. Here, you can browse various markets, events, and shopping centre opportunities available in Perth.
Click on the event that interests you to view more details.
Once you open the event page, you access all the necessary information about the event.
Please get in touch with us if you have any questions regarding an event.
Step 6: Apply for the Event
When you're ready, click the "Express Interest" button. You may be asked to answer additional questions required by the event organiser.
The below error message means you haven’t completed the required information on your profile. It also indicates what information needs to be completed. Please return to your profile and add the missing information.
Step 7: Application submitted
A confirmation appears once you have applied. You will also receive a confirmation email indicating that your application has been received in the next 24 hours after we’ve reviewed your application.
Step 6: What’s next?
If your application is accepted, you will receive further instructions from the event organiser. Use this time to prepare your booth, gather the necessary equipment, and plan your setup.
đź’ˇ Once you have completed your profile, you can apply for all the events available on SpaceSync without having to fill in another form.
